Our rooms have been created in collaboration with local companies that care about the environment and the land, which have provided us with local handcrafted products including carpets, inserts, decorations, wood and much more. They are also equipped with energy- and water-saving systems. During your stay, you can enjoy maximum comfort without compromising respect for the environment.

Renewable Energy and Resource Conservation

One of the key aspects of our commitment to sustainability is the use of renewable energy. We have installed solar panels totalling 3000 litres and photovoltaic panels totalling 100kw to reduce our energy footprint and adopted water-saving systems such as low-flow taps and careful water management. Every small gesture contributes to the creation of an environmentally sustainable experience.

Our dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients from local producers, guaranteeing not only quality and taste, but also a reduced environmental impact related to transport. We produce oil from our olives and myrtle from our berries, ensuring that each flavour tells the story of our land. At the restaurant, we offer a menu that respects tradition but always with a touch of originality, serving typical dishes including the famous porcetto, ravioli, culurgiones, local cured meats and cheeses, as well as the typical and unfailing seadas. It will be possible to savour the authentic flavours of our land while supporting the local economy.

Sustainable Activities for the Whole Family

At our rural hotel you can enjoy the beauty of the Gallura countryside surrounded by holm and cork trees, expanses of wild olive and arbequina trees and meet animals such as peacocks, horses and other free-roaming animals. In the shade of the cork and holm oaks is the swimming pool with pool bar where you can take a dip and enjoy excellent cocktails.  Above the pool there is also a small wellness path, a regenerating walk in the Mediterranean maquis.

In addition, we strive to minimise the use of single-use plastic, preferring biodegradable and reusable materials. We also use packaging with a high percentage of recycled materials to ensure less environmental impact. Each guest also receives practical advice on how to contribute to sustainability during their stay.
